Just a 5-minute drive from the magnificent beaches on Ajaccio's south shore, our villa allows you to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Porticcio's shops are reachable in a few minutes, while the imperial city of Ajaccio is a 15-minute drive or 20 minutes by sea shuttle.
The living space is spread over two levels: on the garden level, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a lounge/living room with access to the outdoor terraces. Upstairs, a corridor leads to an office and two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a private shower room.
The swimming pool (13x3m) naturally varies in temperature between 22°C and 26°C during the summer.
The terrace, adorned with a pergola, offers a welcome shaded area for your outdoor meals. Car parking is available in front of the house.
Please note: two friendly cats live outdoors on the property.
