In a quiet and residential area, superb spacious room in a sunny and shared house (second adjacent bedroom) with large office space on the mezzanine adjoining the bedroom on the same floor and completely renovated bathroom upstairs to share with roommate. You will have a kitchen at the bottom of the house and a garden to share with the owner, which means that your dishes must be done, the kitchen must remain clean as well as the bottom of the house where you can eat. The rentals of these two rooms are intended for serious students, clean and eco-responsible for everything (sorting trash, water, electricity, etc.). Visits are not authorized except in exceptional circumstances and the rental must be conducive to serious studies ...An adult comes by at least twice a week to maintain the lower part of the house and answer any questions.
