Lovely independent room, completely renovated with new furniture, in a quiet villa, on the ground floor.
This is not a shared apartment; the room is truly independent, but the entrance is the same for all residents of the house.
This is a single room.
90x200 cm bed, nightstand, wardrobe, chest of drawers, drawer under the bed, bookcase, desk, armchair, and small table.
All the necessary cooking equipment is in the room.
A dresser with dishes, cutlery, and a whole range of containers for simple cooking. A kettle, a coffee machine, a multi-purpose oven/microwave, a steamer, a sandwich iron, an air freshener, and a refrigerator are provided.
Bath towels, sheets, and a duvet are provided (laundered by the owners).
Shower room/toilet shared with another tenant.
One laundry load per week.
