J'ai passé 3 mois dans cette chambre et j'ai beaucoup aimé qu'elle soit grande et que je sois un peu indépendante de la collocation ( petit frigo, lavabo, porte secondaire ). Seul inconvénient, cette chambre est entourée par la salle de bain et la cuisine donc on entend la douche et parfois les odeurs de nourriture rentrent dans la chambre même avec le fonctionnement de la hotte. Endroit assez cozy et plutôt propre, j'ai entretenu cette propreté avec une autre colocataire pendant mon séjour. Lauraine était à l'écoute pendant tout mon séjour, tout comme Rodrigue qui est venu quelques fois dans la collocation et nous avons pu discuter. Endroit très bien situé, proche des arrêts de bus et proche du marché de Sainte-Foy ainsi que du centre commercial Laurier.

Tes fleurs sont sur le piano, je vous ai bien appréciées, vous avez été des perles.
Chambre tout confort avec tous les équipements nécessaires et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Petit bémol pour l'insonorisation, car la porte donne sur la cuisine. Lauraine et Rodrigue sont très accueillants et disponibles pour quoi que ce soit. La chambre se trouve à 30-35 min à pied de l'université Laval et il y a deux arrêts de bus à proximité. Je recommande pour les étudiants !
