The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a washing machine. The Grand Carrefour de Villejuif is nearby, as well as the metro line 7 (Villejuif Louis Aragon stop) and buses (including bus 185). Parking is available, as well as fiber optic wifi access.

The residence is family-friendly with a pleasant neighborhood. Individual lease possible for rentals of more than one month.
