The rent includes the following charges: electricity, gas, fiber optic cable, and regular cleaning.

There are three room types:
- Comfort Room, 10 to 11 m² with a double bed, desk, storage, and a shared bathroom and toilet.
- Large Premium Room, 13 to 15 m², more spacious and bright, also with a shared bathroom and toilet.
- Private Suite, approximately 14 m², offering a private bathroom and toilet, with the option of a private washing machine and a keypad entry door.

The common areas include a large, fully equipped kitchen (with two refrigerators, two microwaves, hotplates, and storage), five bathrooms, two of which are private, five toilets, a washing machine and a condenser dryer (a second washing machine is possible), and fiber optic internet. Cleaning of the common areas is included.
