On the Vaud Riviera, for single, nice, calm and serious, honest person (man or woman), student or employee. 20 minutes from Lausanne, 5 minutes from Montreux, close to public transport, shops and the lake.
I am renting a 16m² furnished room in excellent condition in a large 3.5 room apartment. Free access to the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as the living room (shared use).
The person must be trustworthy and have no criminal record. Preference given to those presenting a file with identity guarantee (parents guarantors for minors).
Tenant of the premises: man, friendly, light pipe smoker with excellent flavored tobacco. High-speed Internet included.
