The room is spacious and very bright, overlooking the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. It features an antique bed, a wardrobe, large closets, and a desk. The window is double-glazed. The ground-floor apartment has a private garden, giving it a house-like feel. The kitchen and bathroom, equipped with a shower and two large sinks, are shared. The apartment also has washing machines and a dishwasher. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, yet very close to Montparnasse and the Latin Quarter. Shops and cinemas are nearby. As I work from home, I prefer not to have noisy tenants. I enjoy living with curious students and am adaptable. Those who have stayed with me often leave with regret, as I easily make friends, except with the rare inconsiderate ones. Some have even extended their stay.
