A lovely 55 m² space with a large kitchen, a big living room and a small balcony. My flatmate will have a fully furnished bedroom, with plenty of shelving, cupboards in the kitchen and their own fridge. There is a washer-dryer in the flat. The property overlooks a pedestrian mall, so there is no traffic noise. Furthermore, it faces north. In short, it is cool in the summer (it doesn't become a stifling oven) and warm in the winter (individual gas heating). There is a caretaker in the building.
