The countryside in the city (Montgeron - 91230)

Hello,

Raoul, a very friendly and well-behaved 6-year-old Golden Retriever, and I (65 years old) are looking for a housemate to share our home in the city center, which has a large garden. The neighborhood, surrounded by schools, is therefore extremely quiet. We are a few minutes' walk from the Montgeron Crosne RER station, which provides quick access to the main attractions of the capital. In addition, parking is very easy near the house.

Like Raoul, I am an extremely laid-back person. However, a few essential rules ensure everyone's well-being: smoking is prohibited inside the house. Otherwise, we rely on respect, hygiene, and common sense from everyone.

I am not always home, as I sometimes spend about two or three days a week elsewhere. Therefore, we won't risk disturbing each other. The available room is 12 m² and has a French door opening onto the terrace.
