The apartment is located in the northern part of São Paulo, some distance from the main universities. For this reason, I rent it out flexibly for a few weeks as an ideal starter home from which you can look for long-term accommodation closer to the university at your own pace.

Size & layout: The entire apartment is approx. 65 m² and consists of a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There are two bedrooms in total, one of which remains closed as it contains my personal belongings.
