The kitchen is open plan and equipped (with dishwasher), with double oven, microwave, kettle etc., and opens onto a bright living room. The bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer. The available bedroom (18 m²) has a south and east exposure, with double glazing, a double dressing room and an office. The decoration is the hand of the future occupant.
The apartment is to be shared with me, but only a few evenings of the week.
It is located at the foot of buses 118, 201 and 124, 13 minutes from the metro and RER, and 500 meters from the Bois de Vincennes. The environment is calm and quality. The apartment is on the first floor with elevator, and it is possible to leave a bicycle in the parking lot. At the foot of all shops and supermarkets.
