The apartment features a very large bedroom opening onto the terrace, equipped with numerous wardrobes. The living room and dining room also open onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and new, also opening onto the terrace. You will find a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a large entrance hall with wardrobes and storage space.
The terrace offers an unobstructed view of the street, and the apartment is equipped with double-glazed bay windows. Although the residence is currently undergoing renovations, the apartment, which faces the street, is not affected by the work taking place on the garden side.
