Access by car is very easy and you can then take the new metro to reach the city center of our beautiful city in 10 minutes or leave for getaways in Brittany!
Super U, bakery, beer brewery, cheese maker, tobacconist, pharmacy, wine merchant less than 100m away.
Private parking space in the basement at an additional cost. Ask me.
Sheets and towels provided. Washing machine. Dishwasher.
Everything you need for cooking and basic products are available.
You can smoke at the window or on the balcony. The idea is to preserve calm in the apartment and in the building, particularly at night. Evenings are not allowed.
