SUBLET 2-3 MONTHS ERDEVEN
2 BEDROOMS
Hi!
We are subletting a small attic bedroom and a large bedroom (with ensuite bathroom and toilet) in a 3-person shared housing in Erdeven.
The small bedroom is available from 1 October to 31 December, or from mid-October to mid-December (flexible dates).
In the house, there is Cartouche the cat (who doesn't like other animals...).
The 90m2 house has a large garden, a garage and is 10 minutes from the village and the beach by bike. We live on the outskirts of Erdeven, 35 minutes from Lorient, 20 minutes from Auray.
The atmosphere is quite calm, we like to keep the house clean and the garden maintained. Also, the neighbours are super friendly, we do quite a lot of things together.
In terms of rent, it's €713/month divided by 3 + water and electricity bills. We pay the rent in proportion to our income and the bills are split equally.
