We are offering a studio apartment for rent on the ground floor of a beautiful house with a garden in the Porchefontaine district of Versailles. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a furnished living room. It benefits from an ideal location, close to various shops, sports facilities, and the Versailles Forest. The house is approximately a 10-minute walk from Versailles Chantiers train station, served by the RER C, lines U and N, and the TGV, and 7 minutes from Porchefontaine station (RER C).
In addition to the rental, we offer the tenant the opportunity to care for our two children, Jules (9 years old) and Joséphine (6 years old), who are cheerful and friendly. This activity will be formalized by a fixed-term contract, for approximately 40 hours per month, and will be registered through Pajemploi. We are looking for an available, reliable, and friendly person. You can provide the contact information of our previous tenants for reference. We look forward to meeting you.
