It features hardwood floors that add to its character and is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet still in the city center. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find cinemas, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The magnificent keep and the Sèvre Niortaise River, which marks the entrance to the Marais Poitevin, are a fifteen-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy the greenway. The bus stop, 200 meters away, provides easy access to various medical centers and universities, with the added benefit of free bus service in Niort. Parking is free on the street and adjacent streets. A paid parking lot is located nearby. Please note that I have a friendly dog that you might occasionally see on the ground floor, but it never goes upstairs.
