Furnished rental (small studio) fully equipped with terrace for 2 people maximum. You are 9 min walk from the center of Saujon or 4 min by bike (900 m). Saujon aquatic area (see photo) at 700 m Royan is at 9 km and Saintes at 24 km
2 bunk beds + 32" flat screen TV with TNT. Free WIFI. Kitchenette with crockery, pots, top fridge, coffee maker, microwave grill and 2-burner hob. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. Free parking.
Rental with contract + security deposits of 450 euros and 50 euros for cleaning (rental to be returned clean) + certificate of Civil Liability insurance + valid C I Mobility lease rental possible with visa guarantee
The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning or replacement of bed covers and pillows. The rental must be left clean
NB: I am not a hotel, I do not rent just for 1 night.
