Description
We rent a nice room with its own private bathroom and a kitchen that is shared with 4 other students. The room is located in our new house in Pessac, which is situated in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood close to the universities. It is a peaceful location that is perfect for studying. We are calm and speak English. There is no parking available, but we do have a bicycle parking area. There are several transportation options to get around, including trains, trams, buses, and bicycles. This makes it an ideal location for easy mobility. The nearest tramway station to the universities campus is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's a 10-minute walk to the railway station or city center, where you can find a cinema and shops. We also offer to pick you up from the airport, which is only a 15-minute car ride from the house. All utilities and cleaning of the common areas are included in the price.
