Student room rental (Stains - 93240)

The room is upstairs; a large window overlooks the street and faces East, so it is very bright in the mornings. It can be furnished to your liking; there are several wall hooks already fixed in place if you are a big fan of posters (or paintings). We are currently finishing the construction of an upstairs bathroom, which should be completed in September. Otherwise, the ground floor bathroom is shared, as are the kitchen and living room. You are free to use the common areas as you please :) There is also an outdoor terrace and a small vegetable garden. We are a family of 5: my two parents, myself, and our two cats (very, very important, haha). I remain available for any further information ;) Mathilde
