Room to rent for a student in Trélazé, in a shared house with my 17-year-old daughter who is in joint custody. I am generally with my partner in Nantes when she is away, so the house is available entirely! What you will love about this accommodation: it is a recent town house (2022), comfortable, with large, very bright rooms. It has a large bathroom with a shower and two separate WCs. The living area is 110 m², all set on a small plot of land. The house includes: On the ground floor: an entrance hall with a cupboard, a lounge-living room, a kitchen furnished and equipped with an extractor hood, hob, and oven, and separate WCs. Upstairs: a landing with a cupboard leading to three bedrooms, two of which have built-in wardrobes and one with a fitted dressing area; a shower room with a shower, bathtub, double vanity unit, and heated towel rail; and separate WCs. Annexes: a garage and a carport. Bicycle available.
