The entire apartment is at your disposal, including the kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom, and more. Internet access is included. A housekeeper comes twice a month. The neighborhood is lively, benefiting from all the necessary shops, including the Beaugrenelle shopping center. Two rooms are available, one of which is occupied by a tenant who has lived there for two years. I live in the provinces and occasionally use the apartment midweek. Preference is given to a long-term rental.
