A 5-10 minute walk from tram lines 1 and 2, close to Riquier train station and the port of Nice. Close to all amenities: bakery, butcher, chemist, supermarkets, etc. A 10-minute walk from Saint Jean d'Angely university and about 10 minutes by tram from the city centre (République stop, line 1). The airport is accessible in 30 minutes by tram (Port Lympia stop, line 1). The room is equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, a double bed, and a balcony. Shared spaces, including the kitchen, WC, living room, and bathroom, are to be shared with the three family members living there. A friendly dog also lives on the premises. Bed sheets are not provided. A laundrette is located a 2-minute walk away for laundry.
