I am renting a large, spacious 20 m² room with a large 140 x 190 cm bed, located on the 1st floor. It is furnished with a table, a chair, a desk, a television, and a built-in closet with hanging space. A toilet is available right next to it, as well as a sink. On the ground floor, access is provided to a fully renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, all shared. For smokers, an outdoor shelter is provided. I prefer students, but I remain open to other proposals. For any information, do not hesitate to contact me.
