Four rooms are available to rent in a spacious, bright apartment in Jardín de Málaga, ideal for students and professionals. All rooms include a window, desk, ceiling fan and wardrobe (one features a double bed). The apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room, terrace and shared bathroom. It is well-connected to the Teatinos university area and offers quick access to the motorway. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking tenants with no pets and no visitors. A long stay and a quiet atmosphere are preferred.
