Spacious and comfortable room at homestay
The location is ideal for a young person or a student, girl or boy, who is looking for a calm atmosphere and very good comfort in one of the most beautiful areas of Lyon.
the 107 m² apartment is composed of a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large living room opening onto a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto another balcony which are therefore shared spaces. Particularly bright, you will appreciate the large bay windows opening onto the balconies to the North and South.
The 15 m² bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a desk and a dressing room.

Secure bicycle garage. Very good quality residence, typical of Lyon 6th, 200m from Parc Tête d’Or and the Masséna metro station, very quiet.
