Evelyne est une hôtesse attentionnée et très aimable. La chambre est bien située, proche commodités. Je recommande.
The room is nice and the Evelyne is friendly. But she has to go through your room every morning when she wants to take a shower. Plus the windows aren't really good, you hear every car and conversation outside (really loud). Evelyne don't share the living room because she sleeps on the couch. But the room was clean.

Hi, my name is Jasper and I have stayed with Evelyne for 3 months. During my stay, I have been many times unpleasantly surprised by my host. The living room shown in the pictures is used as Evelyne her bedroom and always locked. The kitchen is small and dirty. There is no place to eat so I had to do this in the small bedroom on my bed. The ceiling of the bedroom is damaged and has water stains. The bathroom is dirty and the windows are very old. The bathroom is through the renters' bedroom and means the host walks through the bedroom, once she went to my room at 8 o'clock in the morning while I was in bed. I love Paris but this has affected my experience a lot. I would advise others to look for a different place to stay.
