A very sunny room, for women only. Located on the ground floor, the flat benefits from a flowery courtyard that attracts squirrels and birds, and is ideally situated from Rosemont metro station, close to cultural venues and cafés, without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. A Quebecer woman, with a visual arts background, and an Iranian man, with a literature background (not a couple), both in their forties, reside here. We are looking for someone young at heart but mature in behaviour, calm, who takes care of themselves and the premises, values ecological practices, and healthy communication. We consume meat in moderation. The atmosphere is friendly, open yet quiet. This is a strictly non-smoking space. No pets. LGBT people are welcome. There is a small child on the floor above, so some tolerance to noise is required. Please give me some details about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you!
