Furnished Provençal-style room located in a quiet villa, right next to the entrance. It offers guaranteed independence and privacy. It features an en-suite shower room with double sinks, as well as a private toilet and shower room. Located just steps from the Bois du Sart-Tilman, the property is ideal for bike rides in the forest and is close to the university (ULG) and the CHU. Access to the kitchen is not available. This accommodation is perfect for sightseeing.
Restaurants, pizzerias, sandwich shops, and takeaway options are easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by car. In the same area, you'll also find a print shop, a bookstore, and a computer store. An organic artisanal bakery serving sourdough bread is just a few meters away. In addition, a gourmet restaurant is within walking distance, via a pleasant little path on the Route du Condroz. For travel, a direct bus line (route 48) provides easy access to the city center or Les Guillemins train station.
