Furniture in this spacious room was changed 3 years ago (not chairs!) and in good condition. New mattress and bedclothes. Bright room in very small house ideal for person out at work/or school during day not ideal working from home 24/7 house too small. . Quiet person sought as another guest downstairs. If working at night finish by 11pm. Reasonable room price includes heating on mornings and evenings in winter. Neighbours have small children sometimes you hear door bangs.
