Very quiet and secure area and building, offering a beautiful view of the garden, the apartment includes an entrance, living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.
I am offering a room for rent with a view of a wooded garden.
Bonus: calm and birdsong. A green setting in the heart of Paris.
The room has an individual TV and powerful wifi. The tenant will be able to connect her own Netflix account with HDMI cable to PC.
I am not present often (on average 10-12 nights per month) and I will occupy the convertible sofa in the living room where there is a 2nd smart TV, on which my Netflix account is available.
Ideally located:
Metro Nation located 10 minutes walk from the apartment and served by lines 1, 2, 6, 9, RER A. 3 stations nearby + bus 76!
Orly airport easily accessible: Line 1 (Nation metro) then Line 14 (via Gare de Lyon). Carrefour City, Franprix, G20, bakeries, caterers in the street.
