The house is situated in a very quiet area with an open view, close to shops and public transport (10 minutes' walk). Motorway access is less than 5 minutes away by car. The Ovronnaz resort is only 15 minutes away by car (skiing/baths). The Saillon thermal baths are also just a few minutes away. Walks in the vineyards or along the Rhône are easily accessible. The shared areas include: - a bathroom with shower - two toilets - a kitchen - a living room - a terrace - a lawn shared with the building - two private parking spaces - a cellar. Time-wasters please refrain. The room is available for monthly rental, for short or long stays, with rates varying according to the size of the rooms.
