The villa has four bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and two toilets. One bedroom is currently available, while the other three are occupied by male tenants.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator-freezer, hob, microwave, and crockery. The living and dining rooms are spacious and bright.

Outside, tenants can enjoy a large terrace and a large wooded garden.

The rent includes utilities including water, electricity, gas, garbage collection, internet access, and garden maintenance. A housekeeper cleans the common areas.

Utilities are adjusted annually. The rental agreement is individual and qualifies for personalized housing assistance (APL). The rental is direct with the owner, with no agency fees. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent, including utilities, is required.
