32 year old man, living in a fairly bright 3-room duplex, I am looking for a fairly quiet roommate, with a permanent position.
No alcoholics or smokers (however smoking on the terrace can be tolerated).
The room for rent is located upstairs, opening onto a terrace.
This room is also open for temporary rental for short stays.

Apartment located 3 minutes walk from the train station and the heart of the city (Franprix, Post Office, Town Hall),
15 minutes walk from the banks of the Seine.
35 min St Lazare (Line J - corresponding to RER A at Houilles or Poissy)
35 min Versailles (Direct bus)
30 min La Défense (direct bus)

RER 5 for 2026 direct La Défense and St Lazare
Open LGBT.
