The house is located in a historic enclosure, ideally situated close to both the city and the countryside. It is close to Namur, Charleroi, Brussels, and Charleroi Airport.
You will have a 50 square meter upper floor divided into two areas: a bedroom with a bed and an open bathroom, as well as a lounge area equipped with a television, internet connection, and a workspace. The daybed can, if necessary, be converted into a child's bed. The bedroom has been completely repainted recently. I am looking for a calm and sociable person for a shared apartment, preferably for a period of three months, renewable subject to good relations.
You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of my bedroom and bathroom, including the terrace and garden. Parking is easy. Registered residence is only available for people receiving social security benefits with a registered shared tenancy agreement.
