Hello everyone, My name is Robin, I am 25 years old and I am an engineer in Cannes. I really enjoy outdoor sports. At the moment, I mostly do strength training (I have equipment at home, by the way), but I love going hiking, camping, to the sea, etc. I am offering a room in my house located in Le Rouret. The setting is very pleasant, as the house is situated in a forest. There is plenty of space in the garden, where I notably tend my vegetable patch. There is also a swimming pool. The grounds are quite shaded, which is great for the summer heat. Please note that this is a house that has not been rigorously maintained, which explains some malfunctions. I am currently taking care of some repairs myself. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the laundry room with a tumble dryer. There is reversible air conditioning, although I limit its use for the environment and the electricity bill. The room is upstairs, very bright, and with a sea view.
