Two rooms are available in a large, furnished 580 m² villa with a swimming pool and approximately 200 m² of garden, located just a few minutes from Grand Baie. Friendly, quiet, and respectful atmosphere to maintain a high quality of living. One room is dedicated to visiting friends or family. The house includes: - A large living area (dining room and lounge) - A fully equipped kitchen - A covered terrace - A garden, swimming pool, and barbecue area - Fibre optic internet connection installed - A laundry room - Air-conditioned bedrooms - Parking and a garage Room descriptions: - Master suite: king-size bed, lounge area, desk, walk-in wardrobe, and private bathroom. - Large bedroom: spacious, double bed, desk area, storage, and shared bathroom.
