Furnished single bedroom of 8 m² with a double bed and plenty of storage, occupying the entire basement space with a gym and laundry room. Duplex in a private residence secured by a digicode gate, consisting of five rooms, shared space including an equipped kitchen, TV area, two WCs, and including utilities (water, electricity, Internet, Netflix). Parking is available outside in designated spots. Looking for an orderly, responsible, independent person who is respectful of the premises and knows how to live in a shared environment. Perfectly suitable for people on work assignments. Pets and smokers are not accepted. Telephone contact is required before any final acceptance. I am a mother and I am 53 years old.
