In the charming little village of Wailly-Beaucamp, we offer for rent, on the upper floor of our villa, a furnished bedroom with a double bed, desk, and storage space.
You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (including two refrigerators, a coffee maker, an induction hob, an air fryer, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils), a dining area, a living room with a sofa and television, as well as a toilet and a bathroom with a shower shared with another tenant.
The rental space is located on the upper floor of the villa and is reserved exclusively for tenants, with a separate entrance.
Please note that the interior is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, as you may encounter ours in the garden.
The outdoor spaces are not included in the rental. Parking is available outside the villa.
