Shared accommodation Strasbourg Robertsau (Strasbourg - 67000)

I am Laëtitia, 30 years old from Strasbourg, employed on a postdoctoral contract with the University of Siena in Italy. I work 100% remotely and I have to travel once a month/every two months to Italy for 1-2 weeks.

I am looking for a roommate to share my cozy and warm apartment. I am offering a room in order to be able to keep this accommodation and because I appreciate cohabitation.
The accommodation is a 3P of 72m2 located on the 1st floor which is located in a peaceful and green street (rue Marguerite Perey). The environment is very quiet. All essential shops are nearby, as well as bus 15, C1 and tram E (around 10-15 minutes on foot). The Places de la République and Austerlitz are 15-20 minutes away by bike. There is secure bicycle storage in the building.

The room is 11m2. My former roommate can resell her furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, wardrobe) if necessary.
