The apartment is very nice and large, with a main room that has a big kitchen table and couch with TV. The room itself is a little small but for sleeping and storing your stuff it is fine. There is also an attic you can store other things, if needed. The location is only 15 min walk to place d'armes, the centre of the old town. Manon is a great landlord: easy to get a hold of, nice and will help you in any way she can. Highly recommend!
