House in a quiet subdivision, 16 m² bedroom on the 1st floor. Private bathroom/WC, EXCEPT Mondays and Tuesdays 3 weeks out of 4, shared with the owner. Few electromagnetic fields in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the bedroom desk. If necessary, I will show the tenant how to activate the Wi-Fi on the router. When the tenant goes to bed, it is appreciated if they put their mobile phone in airplane mode and turn off the Wi-Fi if activated :) Smokers are not allowed. The bathroom is private (unless another tenant is present), the toilets are on the ground floor.
