We are renting our loft as a shared apartment for students and/or young professionals.
This is a one-year, renewable, non-jointly-owned furnished shared apartment lease. Each tenant is responsible for their own security deposit. Shared accommodation is limited to one person per room. It is a no-smoking and no-pet policy.
The location is ideal: the loft is located on a quiet side street in the center of Montpellier, close to Clémenceau Park, supermarkets such as Intermarché and Carrefour City, as well as various shops and restaurants. Transportation options such as the tram and bus are easily accessible.
For all applications, please provide the following documents: ID card or passport of the candidate and their guarantors, student ID card or work certificate, the last three pay slips, and the latest tax notice of the candidate or their guarantors.
