Hey there!
A bus at the end of the street takes you to Sucy train station in 5 minutes, and Nation is then a 20-minute RER ride away.
There are three Labrador/Golden Retriever mix dogs, a vegetable garden, a workshop, a dormitory for friends and parties, a laundry room (washer/dryer), a pool table, a terrace with a barbecue, a video projector, a fireplace, a garage, motorcycle parking, a hammock area, fiber optic internet…
Pretty great! Plus, we're in a very quiet area, with access to the Marne River for relaxing and swimming the dogs (or kayaking/paddleboarding) just a 10-minute walk away, and a small wooded area 5 minutes away.
The room is 10 square meters on the first floor, furnished with a double bed, a desk, shelves… You and your room share the same bathroom.
Regarding the humans, currently there are five of us, aged between 28 and 35, with strong tastes for music, animals, cinema...
