After 2 years of intense renovation, we are renting our 300 m² mansion from July 1, consisting of 7 furnished bedrooms (15 to 25 m² each) with a south-facing garden located on Chaussée de Charleroi in Montignies sur Sambre. The room for rent here is the largest of 25m².
🏡 In addition to the bedrooms, the house includes large common living rooms (70 m²), 2 fully renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden of more than 50 square meters facing south, ideal for enjoying aperitifs and barbecues during the summer!
