1 bedroom with double bed + 1 room with equipped kitchen, including a mini dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee maker + lounge area with a 2-person BZ sofa. Private bathroom. Laundry access from the back on request. Large TV with Ciné + channels. Enclosed garden and parking. Gas barbecue available. Large automatic gate.
Access to the two internal doors giving access to the rest of the house are locked. The walls are phonetically reinforced to absorb noise between the two homes. However, the proximity of the two homes requires a minimum of cohabitation.
Access to the outside on the west side is quiet, available and reserved for tenants. A garden table, 4 chairs for your meals and a parasol are available.
I had this house built in 2019 in the spirit of eco-places. We have 4 chickens, a cat and a vegetable garden.

Un appart' pratique et fiable !
Très bon accueil. Petites attentions très appréciées. Documentation sur la région. Hélène a toujours été disponible. Le logement est très propre, la literie excellente. 5mn à pied du centre-ville. Très bien situé pour visiter les gorges de l'Ardèche. Petit bémol, le train et quelques avions. Mais c'est un tout petit trafic. Des boules quies ont résolu le problème. Si on revient, ce sera avec des brumisateurs et ventilateurs pour endurer la chaleur (nous ne sommes pas habitués) et de quoi chasser les moustiques 😊
