12.5 m2 room on the second floor of a 200 m2 townhouse, 2 minutes from the Saint Mandé metro, in a very quiet street with all transport nearby (Line 1, bus, vélib, taxis, autolib), near the Bois de Vincennes and 15 minutes from Châtelet Les Halles.
Many shops and restaurants in Saint-Mandé to meet your needs.
The bathroom, located on the same floor, is reserved for tenants because two other rooms on the same landing are also available for rent. It includes a bathtub, a shower, 3 individual sinks, toilet. We try to find people with more or less the same profile.
The kitchen is accessible to prepare your meals between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and take them on site. You will have access to the various amenities of the house (pantry, laundry room, etc.). We also have 3 cats.

Séjour très agréable, Patricia et François sont des propriétaires très bienveillants et accueillant. Les 3 chats sont adorables. Je remercie les attentions soignées dans la chambre, la propreté de la maison et de la salle de bain qui permettent de s’y sentir confortable pour profiter de la belle région parisienne.
J’ai pu passer six chez Patricia à l’occasion d’une expérience professionnelle. Tout était parfait et la maison est idéalement située sur la ligne 1. Encore merci pour l’accueil.
Photos conformes à la réalité. Très propre. Tout est mis à disposition (serviette de bain, drap de lit). Patricia est une hôte très agréable. On s’y sent très très bien.
Accueil irréprochable. Merci à Patricia et François pour leur hospilaté et grande bienveillance. En tant qu'étudiant la chambre était idéale: spacieuse, bien agencée et calme. Petit plus: la station de métro à 5min à pied et les nombreux commerces aux alentours. Je recommande vivement !
