On the 3rd floor of a bourgeois house, you will find:
- Three large double bedrooms, each with a closet or dressing room.
- A bathroom equipped with a shower over a bathtub, toilet, double sink, and a washing machine.

This entire floor is reserved for tenants; we do not use it. We are a family of three, including an 8-year-old boy. Our bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, while the main living areas are on the 1st floor.
Two parking spaces are available.
Our location offers proximity to various destinations, including the bus stop for Chambéry, the Via Rhôna, the Walibi amusement park, the Aosta ham factory, as well as the lakes of Romagnieu, Paladru and Aiguebelette.
