The neighbourhood, very pleasant, quiet, and residential, is an ideal place to unwind thanks to its proximity to the forest at the top of the street. It's also an excellent starting point for hiking or for relaxing after studying, working, or exploring Brussels and its neighbouring towns. Public transport is accessible within a 10-minute walk, including metro, bus, and tram. Shops are nearby, and the city centre is 12 minutes away by metro from Herman Debroux.This accommodation is perfectly suited for someone working remotely, a student, or a young professional. A sunny terrace and garden are also accessible. The cleaning of the entire house and garden maintenance are handled by the owner twice a month. All utility bills are included.
