House of 130 m2 renovated with a very large garden (including jacuzzi) in the center of Pessac.
We rent :
- 1 furnished suite of 13 m2 with its own bathroom, dressing room and bed.
- 1 furnished bedroom of 11 m2 with its dressing room and bathroom to share.
We are two young parents (30 and 26 years old) with 2 children aged 4 and 2. We are looking for people with whom we would like to share a beer after work, laugh, dance, play board games sometimes and above all who like children. We also like to have our quiet moments.

- Less than 10 minutes by bike: University campus bringing together all the universities (Bordeaux 1,2,3 and 4) as well as the engineering schools
